Zuma’s Airplane forced to make emergency landing after passengers complain about smelly feet

According to News sources, President Zuma’s airplane had to make an emergency landing in Mbombela on its way to Mozambique on Tuesday afternoon. Zuma was supposed to have  a meeting with the president of Mozambique Filipe Nyusi on Tuesday night but he could not make it as all his pilots started getting sick after complaining that someone’s feet in the plane has a very bad odor.

A couple of other people who were also in the plane accompanying the president also stated that everyone, except the president, was throwing up as the smell inside the plane was terrible.
Several passengers began to get sick from the smell and notified the captain, who was also sick, and he decided to make an emergency landing. Other crew members came on the plane to spray it down with disinfectant, but that did not really help.

“We do not know where the smell came from, but it smelled like feet. We can confirm that the president had his shoes off as he was trying to relax and prepare for the meeting, but we cannot say it was him. No one else in the plane took their shoes off, except the president. We are still investigating and the meeting has been postponed. We request that anyone with information should please come forward and inform us.” said Gwede Mantashe who is the secretary general of the ANC, who also happened to be on the plane when the incident took place.
A formal report concerning the incident from the presidency is expected to be released to the public on Thursday morning.
