You could lose a lot of body fat in about two months and take almost a year to flatten your tummy. Here are tips to help you get a flat tummy fast.

1/2 cucumber
2lemons
6 mint leaves.


Cut the cucumber and lemons and throw them in the water together with the mint leaves. Leave it in the fridge over night and drink it the next day.  Replace all your liquid intake with this detox water for faster and effective results. Also try one cup of warm water and a slice of lemon every morning before eating anything.
